The Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, Mr. Brian Wrenn, has reviewed your letter
dated February 26, 2021 in which you requested a one year extension from March 17, 2021 to respond to the
Department's request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its
January 15, 2021 request for additional information by March 17, 2022, The Director will make a decision on the
issuance based on the information currently on file.
