Michael Regan, Secretary DEQ,
Please accept this letter as yet another Wake county citizen who strongly opposes expansion
of the quarry near RDU. Please preserve and expand the natural areas in Wake county --
they are under enough stress as it is. We should be increasing our natural areas and
strengthening environmental protections rather than just bowing down to the moneyed
interests. I am sure you are well aware that the vast majority of Wake citizens oppose this
expansion. Please act on their behalf. Thank you.
