respect to the Mining Act of 1971 was mailed on November 30,2022. That letter was mailed to the address provided
on the release request form;however,it was returned to the Department as undeliverable. The Department has been
made aware that the previous address provided was incorrect. We are resending your release letter and your
Assignment of Savings Account No. 8340001707455 issued by BB&T in the sum of$12,100.00 to you
for your disposal.
