Permit Modification Revision
Dear Mr. Parr:
Please find enclosed two revised copies of the previously submitted Mining Permit
Application for Permit Modification, narrative, and plans. The original modification
application was submitted September 16,2024.This revision to that modification is a result
of unforeseen consequences resulting from the aftermath of hurricane Helene.
This modification revision includes the following:
• Construction of a southern access road connecting the site to Queen Road,
• Narrative description of the proposed access road,
• Design plans and calculations for the proposed access road and drainage
measures,
• Updated Operations Plan,
• Updated Reclamation Plan,
• Project Specifications.
