up to 1 million gallon per day and discharge to potential waters of the state via a"canal"which is one of the mapped features.O&M
plan needed to show avoidance and minimization on potential impacts to surrounding wetlands. NPDES and CCPUA permits
required. Please also have applicant submit a Buffer Determination request.
