Please see the attached comment sheets and link below for the mine permit application. This is for
a new mining permit application in Mitchell County.
Extra Notes: There was a lot of information that was submitted with this application. Each copy
came in a 2'x2'x2' UHAUL moving box that contained 3, 6" binders. (The regional office copy will
have 4 binders). Hard copies will be coming to you in the same boxes they were shipped to me. I
am still in the process of scanning the complete application into Laserfiche, but wanted to get this
email out so that you are aware of hard copies that may be arriving. At the moment about 15% has
been uploaded. I will send another email once the scan and upload is complete.
