Branch. Bobby A. Branch has agreed to accept any and all responsibilities and liabilities with respect to the Mining Act of 1971 for the operation and reclamation of the existing inactive mining operation at this site according to the conditions contained within the mining permit. Upon completion of the mining permit transfer for this site, it is requested that liability for the reclamation of this mine site be removed from Meridian Brick LLC's $500,000 blanket reclamation bond.
