The entire mining permit area was cleared of approx 10 year old tree growth (disturbed) but only a portion(approx 3 acres)was excavated, and a pit remains. No power lines were ever installed. Cleared portion was disturbed by clearing tree growth and a few test/bore holes/trenches were dug to see how material looked but the area was not mined for sale of the material. We do not expect to ever excavate this area and will be working with the regulators to get our paperwork changed(if necessary) to show the change to a smaller pit size so we can continue with reclamation. We are finished mining on site but still have some final cleanup/sloping to do. A map with approximate locations of pit was included, information based on google earth and measurements taken with a wheel on site.
