Atlas Environmental Inc. is submitting the enclosed additional information in response
to the request for additional or revised information dated October 02, 2024.
1: Please find the attached the revised Figure 6 indicating coordinates for the boundary
of the Neisler site which will remain within the permit.
2: Please find attached the revised acreage table from Page 4 of the Mining Permit
Application.
3: There is no proposed change in the reclamation plan for the sites identified as Moss,
H1, and Hawks. The reclamation plan for the Neisler site is attached. Once the mine
permit modification is complete, and Archdale has been transferred to Albemarle, the
reclamation of the Archdale site will be the responsibility of Albemarle.
