I am writing to you on behalf of David O. Parks, owner&operator of The Parks Pit at 591 Blount Road,
Elizabeth City, NC in Pasquotank County, permit#70-31. This letter is in response to your letter of April 2,
2024, requesting additional information. Additional information requested is shown below:
• Boundary marks onsite for partial permit release—Adequate boundary marks have been installed with
PVC and metal piping on the Parks Pit site which now delineate the proposed permit release area. The
new permit boundaries should now be sufficiently discernible by inspectors from NCDEQ DEMLR.
