At the time, the area in question to be released was not adequately delineated. The permittee was onsite and the need for delineation was discussed. He was advised that the area they want released must be adequately delineated to allow for an adequate inspection. Mr. Parks stated that he will have it adequately delineated and then advise this office so another inspection could be performed to review the partial release request. I have attached a copy of the inspection report for your convenience. If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know.
