I sent the permittee an ADI for them to clearly mark their boundaries. Their consultant, Ken Elliott,
has stated that the boundaries have been marked (see below). Please let me know when you have a
chance to get back out there and inspect for the partial release.

Please see the attached letter requesting additional information to complete the review of your
partial release. The Washington Regional Office noted that the permit boundaries were not properly
marked. Once the requested boundaries have been marked please let me and the Washington Office
know so that the site may be reinspected.
