Mr Parr,
Benjamin Moore here, on behalf of Brinkley Mines. At this time we would like to request
an extension for the revision of the Mining Permit Request. There are a few outstanding
items that we need to finalize for the resubmission of the mining permit. We are working
on verifying that there are no wetlands and no impact to wetlands on the property with a
wetland specialist. Also we are working on the contour map and landscaping revisions
to the mining permit. We want to request another 60 days if possible to complete the
items needed for submission.
