The Interim Director of the Division of Energy,Mineral and Land Resources,Mr. Toby Vinson,has reviewed your
consultant, Mr. Benjamin Moore's, letter in which he requested a 60 day extension of time to respond to the
Department's request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its May
23,2024 request for additional information by January 27,2025,The Director will make a decision on the issuance
based on the information currently on file.
