consultant's,Mr. Michael Blakley, email in which he requested an extension of time of 3 months to respond to the
Department's request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its
September 26,2023,request for additional information by June 24,2024,The Director will make a decision on the
issuance based on the information currently on file.
