Hi Adam,
We have never done any mining on the site and the land has recently been conserved.
I've attached the release form. Please let me know if you need anything else from us.
Thankyou,
Nancy

Dan,
I've attached a release request to this email. If you are no longer intending to mine
the permit and would like to be released of responsibility from the Mining act and your
permit you need to complete the form and send it in. Once the site has been
inspected and it is determined that it is releasable,we can release your permit and
return your bond.
I've recently spoken with Ms. Shawana Riddle of the Asheville Regional Office who
stated that the roads on the property are in bad shape and may need some work
before it can be released.
All of this should take place before the effective cancelation date of your bond. If your
bond is not reinstated your mining permit will be automatically revoked 30 days after
cancellation and could cause issues with any future environmental permits.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
