NOV, I have provided the following shot records and seismograph readings for the following shot:
• Report for shot on May 24, 2024. This is the 2"d submittal of the 5 required by the NOV.
You should find all the records for these shots in accordance with the current NC DEQ DEMLR Mining
Permit#14-07, sec. 8 (Blasting)for the Caldwell Quarry.

Shot loaded and preformed well,there were no issues while loading or shooting the shot.The right hand side of the shot that was completely muck bound might not have as good of breakage
as the rest of the pattern. It also might not dig as well due to it being muck bound when shot. Everything loaded and preformed as planned.
