NOV, I have provided the following shot records and seismograph readings for the following shot:
• Report for shot on December 15t", 2023. This is the first submittal of the 5 required by the
NOV.
You should find all the records for these shots in accordance with the current NC DEQ DEMLR Mining
Permit#14-07, sec. 8 (Blasting) for the Caldwell Quarry.

Elevation 1,162'. The shot was all wet. There were several short holes but all within a foot or two. All the hole depths are marked on the load sheet and there is a separate sheet for the
pounds per hole per the depth. The shot loaded well.
