Dear Mr. Moore:
This office recently received a complaint directed at blasting practices conducted at the above referenced quarry.
As provided in the mining permit for this site, you are requested to provide.this office copies of all shot records
related to the blasts conducted on May 5,2023. Furthermore,please forward all shift information for one production
shoot conducted immediately before and one production shot after the blast in question for this office's review.
Also include a sketch of where the shot occurred in the pit.
I look forward to receiving the requested information in the near future. Your continued cooperation will be
appreciated.
