consultant's,Pat Shillington, letter, and email in which he requested an extension of time to July 29,2024,respond
to the Department's request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its
October 26, 2023, request for additional information by July 29, 2024, The Director will make a decision on the
issuance based on the information currently on file.
