Dear Mr. Vinson:
On behalf of H & S Land, LLC,please consider an extension for our response to the letter dated
October 23, 2023,by Mr. Adam Parr, that requests additional information.
The requested additional information includes the jurisdictional determination with the US Army
Corps of Engineers concerning the delineation of streams and wetlands at the mine. Ms. Robin
Perez,Licensed Soil Scientist,has conducted the delineation,but we have not had the Army Corps
of Engineers or Water Quality visit the site.
