This is notice that Blue Water Industries (BWI) has acquired Yancey Stone Inc.
located in Yancey County, North Carolina. The change of ownership was effective
on November 12, 2021.
BWI desires to transfer and accept the current mining permit and
responsibilities and liabilities per the Mining Act of 1971 and subsequent
Amendments issued for Yancey Stone Inc. Enclosed please find the permit
application for the transfer. There are no proposed changes at this time to the
operations so the current permit maps will not change.
