the above mine on July 30,2024, in accordance with G.S. §74-56 of the Mining Act of 1971.
The mine was found to be satisfactorily reclaimed. Therefore, your company is released from further reclamation
responsibility for this site with respect the Mining Act of 1971. I am returning your company's Assignment of
Savings Account,No. 51201 13678, is ed by Southern Band and Trust Company in the sum of$12,700.00 to you
for your disposal.
