Shawna,
To follow up on our conversation as well as discussions I had with David, this will not require a
modification. However, the permittee must leave the smaller original basin in place as that was the
approved ESC measure. We do not need to require a modification if the company is adding
additional measures upstream from the permitted measure.
Thanks,

Adam -
Hey. This is the information you and I talked about the other day and trying to determine if a
modification is needed. Please take a look and let me know.
Thanks

Shawna,
Attached is the updated basin design at Grove Stone. The new basin will be a wastewater basin that
has been designed to handle the 100-year storm plus wash water from our plant. The water will
flow through 2 cells and then be pumped to our large slurry pump at the plant and become part of
our closed loop recycle process. If for some reason the pump malfunctions or we have a 100-year
plus storm event any discharge would flow out the 5'x5'x7' concrete riser into the existing GSQ#1
stormwater basin.
