Mining Act of 1971.
The mine was found to be satisfactorily reclaimed. Therefore, your company is released from further
reclamation responsibility for this site with respect to the Mining Act of 1971. I am returning your
company's Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit (No. 17-019) issued by CresCom Bank in the sum of
$4,300.00 to you for your disposal.
