10. Comments: 1.Continue to follow the plan as work progresses,specifically,"clearing and grading
operations shall begin at low points of outfall release or other locations where sediment
control measures are shown on the plan and the sediment control devices(sediment traps,silt
fences,etc.)shall be installed before or simultaneously with the disturbance of any area
draining to the device."
2.Be sure to maintain a rain gauge throughout all phases of construction,conduct inspections
and complete reports as required by the approved plan.
