The mine was found to be satisfactorily reclaimed. Therefore, you are/your company is
released from further reclamation responsibility for this site with respect to the Mining Act of
1971. 1 am returning your/your company's Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit No. 40630
issued by United Carolina Bank in the sum of$6,400.00 to you for your disposal.
