I don't recall ever receiving it. Our client has finally received their NCDEQ Stormwater permit and is preparing to being construction in ASAP. In the letter we stated that a release of the permit will only be considered by the Department once development under the Erosion Control Plan # Bruns-2022-083 has been initiated. If the permit is released the annual fee will not need to be paid, however if the permit is not released then the annual fee is still due September 1, 2022. Please let us know if development under Bruns-2022-083 has started and if there is a requested release. We can have an inspector verify and then release the permit.
