Adam,
The consultant for the permittee has submitted an Erosion and Sediment Control plan for the future
use of the site (as a subdivision). The plan appears to be acceptable.

Subject: 10-62 - Lakes of Lockwood II Mine - Release
Rhonda,
Since we have now received the hard copy of the release request, can you confirm that the
permittee (or their consultants) have submitted an Erosion and Sediment Control plan for the future
use of the site?
If so, does the plan appear to be acceptable should we release the mine permit?
Thanks,
