Please have the site we spoke about submit
1. Mine Release Request
2. Narrative stating that the mine will be use for another purpose and that the permittee will
submit an ESC plan for this purpose. Letter signed from the new owner willing to accept with
signature.
Once I get this info from the permittee, I'll forward to you for a release. Since there has been a
recent inspection and you already have the ESC plan you can provide comments as such. Then I'll be
able to release the site.
