Adam,
Yesterday I completed the inspection for mine 10-35. The site is suitable for release and the mine
meets all reclamation requirements. I've uploaded the report and photos to (BEAM. Let me know if
you have any questions.
Thanks,

I can inspect 10-35 tomorrow. There was an erosion and sediment control package submitted for a
subdivision at this mine, and we advised the landowner to contact Adam to modify the mining
permit to reclaim through development of the mine. Are we moving forward with this route, or
doing the standard reclamation procedure as if it was solely a mine?
Thanks,
Garrett Elmo

Unless we have recent inspections that show the two mines reclaimed, please see that someone is
able to get to these in the few days.
Thanks....

Subject: 10-35 - Simmons Mine - Release Request
Dan,
We've received a release request for 10-35—Simmons mine in Brunswick County. This was
requested release back in 2021, but was not ready yet. Can we have an inspection for release and
upload of pictures to IBEAM (or emailed to me)?
Thanks,
