Attention: Caroline Dalis:
In reference to your letter of June 23, 2021, concerning Mining Permit No. 10-33 not being closed out
by December 16, 2014. We in are the process of fixing the area that has eroded out. My intention is to
close it out and turn it into two fishponds. I have put many loads of rock on the entrance of our
property on Landfill Road and I will recap the entrance again with rock.
The organic matter/debris I tub grind every five to seven years for soil material to be sold. The metal
pile will be removed off the property in a timely fashion. The concrete and logs come and go often and
are used and sold in our business.
I will contact you once all the work has been completed.
I have been in contact with Liz Patterson concerning my organic materials area and will contact your
when work is completed.
