Please review the attached document.The mine operator, Mr. Charles Britt has responded to the
Notice of Violation and it appears that they would like to permanently close the mine. However,
they have failed to provide a tentative timeframe in their response on start/finish dates with regards
to the reclamation of all the affected areas. Does this response suffice for you?
