Please clearly showthe Permit Boundarywith a line matching the legend. 2.The Property Lines are not clearly defined on the maps. Please clearly show the property lines for the mine property. 3. It is not clear where the processing plant is moving to.This needs to be clarified. It is assumed that it is moving to the southwestern portion of the site. 4. If the processing plant is moving to the southwestern side of the site, where will stormwater from that location discharge? To what outfall(s)? It does not appear to drain back into the pit. 5. How will the existing culvert in the future pit area be protected from sediment and when will it be removed? 6.The red lines from the existing processing plant to the presumptive new processing plant go through a 50-foot undisturbed buffer. Clarify how this will happen and not disturb the buffer. 7.The reclamation map does not specify what will happen to the diversion berms around the proposed berms on the NW site of the mine. 8.The reclamation map indicates several areas will be graded to achieve "positive drainage"— clarify to what point—for example, positive drainage to the pit/lake? 9. How will the process treatment pond be reclaimed? 10. Please clarify why Kings Creek only has a 25 ft buffer? 11. Please clarify whether there are any water supply wells within 500 feet of the excavation.
