Brunswick County Request.On June 7,2021,Caroline Dalis, Eni.Specialist I, of the Wilmington Regional office inspected the Marsh Harbor Pit and found it was releasable. On June 18, 2021,Central Office received a signed released request from Ms. LaDane Williamson, Manager of the site, for the Release of Marsh Harbor Pit, Mine Permit Number 10-07. Area to be released:40 permitted acres with one bonded acre. Inspection Results.On June 7, 2021,Caroline Dalis from the Wilmington Regional Office,conducted a site inspections and confirmed the site had been reclaimed. Decision. The site visit and the inspection report confirms that subject site is satisfactory reclaimed. As documented in this memorandum,the Mining Program recommends release of 40 acres.The amount of security was$2,100.00.The security was an Assignment of Saving Account with BB&T.
