Dear Mr. Miller:
This will supplement and confirm my telephone call earlier today. Unfortunately, I was
unable to reach anyone in your office but left a voice mail.
acknowledge receipt of your letter of October 21, 2020, stating that my application for a
transfer of Mining Permit No. 08-22 to Commercial Ready Mix Products, Inc. had been
approved. You indicated also that you were returning my Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit
(No. 103) for my disposal. Unfortunately, your office inadvertently included the new Standby
Letter of Credit issued by Southern Bank and Trust Company in behalf of Commercial Ready
Mix Products, Inc. (Letter of Credit No. 573-21 effective September 10, 2020, in the amount of
$172,000.00). 1 enclose herewith that document together with a letter under date September
10, 2020, from Southern Bank and Trust Company addressed to your Department.
If you still have my Letter of Credit (No. 103), please return it to me as soon as possible.
If you have questions or need additional information, I should be happy to respond upon
request.
