The mine was found to be satisfactorily reclaimed. Therefore, your company is released from further reclamation
responsibility for this site with respect to the Mining Act of 1971. I am returning your company's Assignment of
Savings No. 6801085603 issued by First South Bank in the sum of$8,500.00 to you for your disposal.
