perimeter silt fence and erosion control measures for Phase I have been installed.Portions of the permanent fence have been installed at
the entrance on Clark Road; the gate is scheduled to be installed within the next few weeks. Grading_ for Phase I areas and the scale
house have begun.The associated dirt stockpiles have temporary silt fence installed around them.
