Corrective measures needed and/or taken: The installation of skimmer basins# 17, 18, 14, 15,and 5 has beug n.Be sure basins are built and installed per plan; any revisions or modifications needed to the basins to address field conditions will need to be discussed and approved.SK 17, 18, 15 and 5 lack baffles and rip rap dissipation pads at the outlets. SK 14 has baffles, but the baffles need to be installed properly;this basin also needs its dissipation pad at the outlet. Skimmer basin outlets for# 14 and 15 need to be within the limits of disturbance inside the silt fence, as shown on the approved plan. The silt fence that has been installed on site thus far has not been properly installed;it needs to be trenched in per design detail.All stone outlets along the silt fence need to be installed per plan. The rock pipe inlet protection needs to be installed above FES 1, and the rip rap dissipation pad at FES 2 need to be installed per plan(see detail for measurements and fabric type). Additionally,the roadside ditch needs to be stabilized along both sides of the construction entrance. 19. Other recommendations and comments: 20.
