This office recently received a complaint directed at blasting practices conducted at the above referenced quarry for
the blasts on September 9,2021, September 16,2021,and September 30, 2021.
The review has been completed on the shot records you previously submitted for the August 26, 2021, through
September 16, 2021, blasts at the Alamance Aggregates and Construction Materials Quarry. Your company has
been found to be in compliance with the blasting conditions outlined in Mining Permit No. 01-10.
