There have been no mining activities in the 0.2 acres. The request for partial release is due to NCDOT's need to widen the road to accommodate a school being built on the opposite side of Rex Road. Mary Ann Hoerle notified me onsite that the land disturbance observed on the 0.2 acres at the time of inspection was from personnel at the school job site and was not from anyone related to Holly Springs Quarry.
