This proposed modification includes the following modifications: • Update the existing mining permit limits with more accurate property boundary information. The overall mining permit limits have not changed. The acreage adjustments that have been made are to depict the acreage more accurately within the existing mining permitted boundary. • Revise the location of the processing plant located within the pit expansion area. • Update the Reclamation Plan to reflect the current conditions.
