NC Mine Permit No.92-03 Partial Release Request
Dear Mr. Parr,
Heidelberg Materials requests the release of 11.8 acres of mine permitted property located across
Duraleigh Road from the active operation. Reclamation has been completed on this portion of the
mine site and Heidelberg Materials has no further intention to re-affect this portion of the site.
The acreage fall under the "Other"category classification and its release would reduce the "Total
Permitted"acreage from 197.37 to 185.57.
