Corrective measures needed and/or taken: Waste debris, oil drums, pipes, rebar, buckets and a portable above ground tank observed in wooded areas of the site in vicinity of abandoned trailer and crusher shall be removed. Petroleum affected soils under the abandoned trailer shall be properly removed and disposed. 20. Other recommendations and comments: 21.
