Adam,
please put the permit under my name so it's the same as the application and the map

Sean,
I'm working on the transfer letter and bond request. I need some clarification though. Your last
letter dated January 29, 2024 requesting the transfer states that the new operation's name shall be
know as Southern Crystallography DBA Rose Creek Mine. This does not match what is on the
application submitted October 6,2023, or the Mine maps received February 2, 2024.
The reclamation bond, permit, map and application all need to match with regard to the name of
the permittee.
The name of the needs to match between the application and the mine map.
I tried calling both numbers listed in the application but received a message that the mailbox was
full.
Please give me a call for clarification.

Sean,
Before you send, please make sure the permit boundary is identified. I don't see any line that
denotes the mine permit boundary.

Per our conversation the other day,
Here is the digital file for the mine map of Rose creek mine.
I'm mailing the required 6 paper copies along with my letter of intent to have the permit
transferred and a check for the annual fee. you should have those soon.
If there is anything else you need from me at this stage of the transfer process please let
me know.
