Hello All, Just want to provide an update regarding item 1 on the list. I have been notified of the proposal, and the plans submitted to our office to date have been reviewed in accordance with Article 9 of the NHC Unified Development Ordinance (LIDO). The plans show that all requirements for development in a Special Flood Hazard Area under this Article will be met. Formal approval will take place after issuance of the Special Use Permit and approval from the Technical Review Committee from the county.
