Permit Modification Revision
Dear Parr:
Please find enclosed two sets of revised plans based on our discussion during the mine
permit modification submittal meeting on November 14, 2023.
The revisions include the following:
• Added"Undisturbed" to the stream buffer labels,
• Increased the undisturbed buffer from 25' to 50' along the 027 & 028
properties that border the future pit limit; property 026 is owned by Vulcan
so the buffer was not increased,
• Added the future, after reclamation, pit water elevation to the cross sections.
Also included are photocopies of certified mail labels for the notices sent to the adjacent
property owners.
