The Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, Mr. Brian Wrenn, has reviewed your
consultant's,Norris & Tunstall Engineers, P.C., letter dated February 16, 2020 in which they requested a 3 month
extension of time to respond to the Department's request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the
referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its August
8, 2020 request for additional information by May 17, 2021, The Director will make a decision on the issuance
based on the information currently on file.
