Subject: Request for Extension (10-A02 -ADI -20200818) NT18087
Brian,
The applicant would like to request an extension for the ADI. The letter dated August 18, 2020 was received on August
21, 2020, so their deadline to respond is, tomorrow, February 17, 2021.
They would like to request a 3 month extension. The extension is requested because of the delay with a JD from the
USACOE.
Thanks,
Adam Parr

Mr. Parr,
The response remains pending on the receipt of the Jurisdictional Determination. Our client has reached out to Mr.
Beecher with the USACE . We would like to request a three month extension to allow plenty of time for the receipt of
the JD. Please let us know if you require additional information.
Thank you!
