The Interim Director of the Division of Energy,Mineral and Land Resources,Mr. Toby Vinson,has reviewed your
consultant's, letter in which they requested a 180 day extension of time to respond to the Department's request for
supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its June
28, 2023, request for additional information by June 22, 2024, The Director will make a decision on the issuance
based on the information currently on file.
